Spicy Tofu Martabak Recipe (Yield 5 Servings)


  • 370 Gr White Tofu
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Chicken Powder
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Pcs Green Onion
  • 5 Clove Garlic
  • 7 Pcs Shallot
  • 1 Pcs Egg
  • 4 Tbsp Abc Sambal Asli
  • 2 Tbsp Oil, For Stir-frying


  • Spring Roll / Lumpia Skin
  • Abc Sambal Extra Pedas
  • Oil, For Frying


1. Slice the garlic and shallots. Dice the onion and slice the green onions.

2. Heat the oil. SautΓ© the garlic and shallots until fragrant, then add onions and green onions. SautΓ© until they wilt, then transfer into a bowl.

3. Add the tofu, then mash it. Season with salt, chicken powder, sugar, pepper, and egg. Mix well.

4. Add ABC Sambal Asli. Mix well.

5. Prepare the spring roll skin. Place the filling on the skin, then fold.

6. Heat the oil. On medium heat, fry the Martabak until golden brown. Set aside.

7. Spicy Tofu Martabak is ready to serve. For added heat, serve it with ABC Sambal Extra Pedas as a dip.
