Oat Gimbap Recipe (Yield 4 Servings)

Ingredients:

  • 130 Gr Rolled Oat
  • 250 Ml Hot Water
  • 1 Pcs Egg
  • ½ Tsp Sesame Oil
  • ⅛ Tsp Salt

Filling Ingredients:

  • 150 Gr Sliced Beef
  • 3 Tbsp Bulgogi Sauce
  • Sesame Oil, As Needed
  • Oil To Cook

Others:

  • Yellow Pickled Radish (Danmuji)
  • Cucumber
  • Kimchi
  • Horenzo, Blanched And Squeezed Dry
  • Nori
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sesame Oil To Brush

Steps:
1. Marinate the beef with bulgogi sauce and a little bit of sesame seeds for a moment.
2. Heat the oil and cook the beef thoroughly. Set aside.
3. Slice the pickled radish and cucumber lengthwise. Set aside.
4. Soak the rolled oats with hot water for 5 minutes, then strain.
5. Add salt, sesame oil, and egg. Mix well.
6. Heat some oil. Pour half of the oats into the pan. Flatten the oats into a rectangle, as wide as the nori you will use. Cook evenly on both sides.
7. Prepare baking paper. Arrange the nori, oat sheet, pickled radish, cucumber, horenzo, kimchi, and Bulgogi. Brush the edge of the nori with water, then roll.
8. Brush the sesame oil on the roll, then slice.
9. Oat Gimbap is ready to serve.
